Liga Endesa Finals Playoffs move to  Palau Blaugrana for Game 3 vs. Barça

Valencia Basket men's team travels to Barcelona to play the first of the two Liga Endesa Finals Playoff games that will be held at the Palau Blaugrana, after leveling the series at 1-1 with a commanding 102-75 victory in Game 2, played on Saturday at Roig Arena.

In this third game of the finals (Monday 22, 8:00 p.m., Palau Blaugrana, DAZN/Movistar Plus+/Orange/Vodafone TV), the orange squad will have its first opportunity to achieve a positive result on a very challenging court, where it needs to secure a win to keep its title hopes alive.

More than 23 years after their last visit to Barça's arena for an ACB Finals game, Valencia Basket returns to the Palau. Although recent meetings there have been encouraging—the team has won half of its last 16 visits and four of its last seven—it has never managed to claim a victory at the Palau in a Liga Endesa Finals game.

To try and conquer the Blaugrana fortress for the first time at this stage of the season, Valencia Basket will be backed by more than 250 supporters traveling on four buses.

After forcing one of Barça's poorest offensive performances of the season in Game 2 of the series, Pedro Martínez's men face the difficult task of once again limiting the effectiveness of a Catalan side that has been the best offensive team in the ACB during the second half of the season and will also enjoy the support of its home crowd.

Valencia Basket welcomed back its captain, Josep Puerto, on Saturday. He played four minutes as he continues to regain match fitness. The only confirmed absences due to injury are Xabi López-Arostegui and Nate Reuvers.
